Refund Policy

At Venax LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines when and how refunds are issued for products purchased on venaxllc.com.
1. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:
- You cancel your order before it ships — full refund
- You receive a defective or damaged product — full refund or replacement
- You receive the wrong item — full refund or correct item shipped
- You return an eligible item within 14 days of delivery in unused, original condition
2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not available for:
- Custom-made or made-to-order products (custom tuning packages, vehicle-specific ECU tunes, custom widebody kits)
- Items that have been installed, used, or modified
- Items returned without original packaging or missing components
- Consumables and fluids (oils, brake fluid, sealants)
- Electronic components with broken security seals
- Items purchased at more than 50% discount (clearance/final sale)
- Shipping and handling fees (unless return is due to our error)
3. How to Request a Refund
- Contact us at returns@venaxllc.com within 14 days of delivery
- Provide your order number, product name, and reason for refund
- Include photos for damaged or defective items
- Wait for return authorization and instructions
- Ship the item back in original packaging (if applicable)
4. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days
- ACH / Wire Transfer: 7–14 business days
- Invoice / Check: 10–14 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We will send email confirmation when your refund is processed.
5. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued when:
- Only part of an order is returned
- Item shows signs of use but is still resalable (at our discretion)
- Restocking fee applies (typically 15% for opened but unused items)
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if:
- Requested within 24 hours of placement and before processing begins
- Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started

7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage and packaging
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund including return shipping
8. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will work to resolve any issue promptly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution and affect your ability to place future orders.
9. Custom Tuning Packages
Individual tuning products starting from $3,000 are custom-built to order. A 50% deposit may be required. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. Remaining balance is due before shipment.
