1. General Terms

You may return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, provided it is unused, in original condition, with all tags, seals, and factory packaging intact.

• Item must be in original packaging
• All components and documentation must be included
• No signs of installation or use
• Proof of purchase required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are not eligible for return:

• Custom-made items (custom body kits, vehicle-specific ECU tunes)
• Items with damaged packaging or signs of installation
• Consumables and fluids (oils, brake fluid, sealants)
• Electronic components with broken seals
• Items purchased at more than 50% discount

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

• Step 1. Contact us at returns@venaxllc.com within 14 days of delivery
• Step 2. Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return
• Step 3. Wait for confirmation and return shipping instructions
• Step 4. Ship the item to the merchant's return address
• Step 5. Refund is processed within 10 business days after inspection

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

• Credit/debit card — up to 10 business days
• PayPal — up to 3 business days
• Bank transfer — up to 14 business days

Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer, unless the return is due to a defect or merchant error.

5. Defects & Shipping Damage

If you receive a defective item or shipping damage:

• Photograph the damage and packaging
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• We will arrange a free replacement or full refund
• Return shipping for defective items is covered by the merchant

6. Exchanges

Exchanges for a different size, color, or variant are available within 14 days if the item is in stock. Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.

7. Warranty

All products on Venax LLC carry the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty period is listed on each product page and in included documentation. Warranty service is provided by the selling merchant.

8. Merchant Returns

Each product is sold by a specific merchant. Returns are processed by the merchant from whom you purchased. Venax LLC acts as an intermediary and helps resolve disputes.
